Description: Join our team as a Business Development Associate cum assistant to CEO, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1.  Should have knowledge of the process and terminologies of business like RFP, service agreement, RFQ and Proposal, etc.
2.  Should be able to read and understand proposals and communication of mail between parties.
3.  Sync through BD calls on a monthly basis with partners and managers of respective departments on latest developments on business / sales leads/ way forward plans
4.  Drafting Minutes discussed in BD call.
5.  Maintain adequate / updated data on all sales leads in our prescribed formats, drives and folders.
6.  Reports / MIS are updated and shared with partners timely.
7.  Exposure to a CRM, easy report and Jumku is a plus.
8.  Editing/updating website.
9.  Day-to Day social media updates and engagements.
10. Follow-ups, editing and circulations of newsletters and blogs.
11. Travel planning and event pre-arrangements with HR.
