An Australian Real estate and leasing company wanted to outsource their transaction accounting end to end including procurements, projects and sales.

SOLUTION:

APMH team understood the business model and worked on the Beams Build and the Monday board to handle the flow of data and the approval process. Invoices, purchases, and payments were done almost in real-time.

This was handled with a structured roadblock review. On demand, reports were made available to the clients right before time. Also, an MIS was worked out and sent out on a monthly basis.
